• The service tracks and expedites the return of your delayed and undelivered baggage and sends you automated email, SMS and WhatsApp updates in real time whenever there is a change to the status of your mishandled bag.
• Payments are guaranteed even if your bags are returned after the 96-hour service period—in such cases, keep your bags and keep your OMR 400.00 payment.
• No proof of baggage contents (receipts) is required to receive the OMR 400.00 payment.

• Report your mishandled baggage to Oman Air staff to receive a File Reference Number and a copy of your Property Irregularity Report provided by the airline.
• Raise your case online within 24 hours of when your flight landed at Mbr Filing (blueribbonbags.com) and we will provide you with a baggage status update.
• The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
