To qualify as a trainee with Oman Air Catering for the Graduate Trainee Program, trainees must meet the following enrollment criteria:
1. The student must provide proof of a Graduation Certificate.
2. The Training Program is only for Bachelor's Degree Graduates.
3. The study field must be within functions/specialisations available within Oman Air Catering.
4. The student must be of Omani nationality.

The following rules are Implemented for a Graduate Trainee Program:

1. The duration of the training is a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months (Not extendable).
2. The trainees \ Interns must follow company stipulated working hours, unless otherwise different working hours are being agreed upon between the trainee \ Intern mentor and Human Resources Department as per the trainee \ Interns agreed work plan (The minimum is 6 hours and maximum is 8 hours a day).
3. The trainees will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the beginning of their program to ensure maintaining confidentiality of the company-related Information and documents they are exposed to during the program.
4. The Training Program is not associated with employment.
5. Training/internship is unpaid.
6.Trainees must ensure to adhere to Health & Safety procedures, rules and regulations & to wear PPE in required areas at the Catering Unit and when requested.
