Enrollment Criteria

To qualify as a trainee student with Oman Air Graduate Trainee program, students must meet the following enrollment criteria:

A. The student must provide proof of graduation Certificate Diploma /Bachelor.
B. The study field must be within functions /specializations available with the company .
C. The student must be Omani National.

Training principles

The following principles shall be Implemented for a Graduate Trainee program:

1. The Progarm shall be for a period of THREE MONTHS.
2. The trainees must follow company stipulated working hours, unless otherwise different working hours are being agreed upon between the trainee mentor and People Department as per trainee agreed work plan.
3. The trainees are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement at the beginning of their program to ensure maintaining confidentiality of company related Information and documents they are exposed to during the program.
4. Trainees are exempt from the career service system.
